Zoom has created a neural network for determining customer engagement during a video call.
It is called Zoom IQ for Sales and uses the model of natural language processing and can determine the level of interlocutor engagement and risk.
The neural network translates the conversation into subtitles and determines the best moments of the conversation. Based on this data, it determines the mood of the interlocutor, the number of words spoken, the speed of speech, the length of speech and even the level of patience.
